Omar is a transformation and change consultant with particular people and diversity proficiency and over 20 years of international experience across multiple industries; leading client engagements that stretch from delivering change programmes to establishing and running global PMOs.
Most recently within the automotive components industry, he managed the post-acquisition integration of Fabco group into Meritor Inc. and immediately after, the integration of the newly acquired AxleTech into the same company.
In recent years, he wrote and published a book on navigating and leading culture and diversity within multicultural initiatives; ‘Culture and Project Management’, published by Gower (now Routledge) in April 2015.
